The National Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China

We attended as a guest of the SCFTA

IMG_2168We recently had a Mother-Daughte night out at the Rene and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall to see one of our all time favorite shows: The National Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China!

The show incorporates amazing stunts in acrobatics, juggling, bicycling and traditional Chinese culture, to name a few.  By intermission, we had seen so many mind-boggling performances, the stunts on stage almost started to look normal.  The strength and grace of these performers are absolutely amazing!

My six year old has aspired to be a gymnast, and for the second year in a row has sat in absolute amazement of the feats being performed on stage. It is a performance by which all ages will be mesmerized.

I have two daughters and some of our favorite Mother-Daughter dates have been to lunch or dinner, and then off to Segerstrom Center for the Arts (SCFTA) to take in a show.  Whether it be a parent-child day out, date night, or a Mom’s night out, SCFTA has something for everyone, and is conveniently located in central Orange County within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants.  View SCFTA’s current season offerings, or purchase tickets at SCFTA.org. You will, without a doubt, make memories not soon forgotten!
