Ultimate Homemade Caesar Salad Recipe


Skip the bagged salad in the grocery store, and start making your own homemade caesar salad with this simple recipe that makes it as easy as 1-2-3. As a child, my father would make us caesar salad all the time, and it would take him forever to make the dressing. After growing up thinking it was too big of a challenge, I never attempted to make my own until now, just to realize that it can we easy by simplifying the recipe.


One tip that I have to share when making this salad is to put all the ingredients into your blender before starting dinner, and chop the lettuce. That way when dinner is ready, you can just turn on the blender for a few minutes, toss it with lettuce, and viola – your salad is ready.


5 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 Hearts of romaine
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Handmade croutons

1. Chop the romaine into small pieces before putting it into a bowl
2. In a blender add all the ingredients except the croutons and parmesan cheese
3. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes
4. Toss with lettuce and croutons
5. Top with handmade croutons
