Valentines Day is coming! Plan ahead early and make your reservations before they are all filled up! Here is a list of a few restaurants that are offering a prefixed menu. We will be updating it regularly!

Price: $45 per person for 4-course meal

    Menu: Appetizer: goat cheese mousse, Sweet Tomato Marmalade & Brioche Crostini. [second course] choice of one tomato basil bisque, spinach bacon salad, lobster cakes, artisanal cheese plate, [third course] choice of one: spaghetti squash & ricotta ravioli Corn, blackened rib eye 10 oz., Skuna bay salmon, spice crusted pork loin Sweet; Dessert: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Chocolate Flour less cake, or Creme Brulee.

Menu:  Champagne,  Lobster Bisque, King Salmon Carpaccio, Moroccan Poached Jumbo Shrimp, Lemongrass Crab Cake, Grilled Lamb with Moussaka Eggplant, Timbale or Pan Seared Barramundi with Winter Market Vegetables. Dessert is chefs creation called “sweet kisses”

Menu: Salad Stations with 3 kinds of salads, entree station including prime rib, pasta, baked salmon, chicken, beef bourginoin , and vegetable lasagna. Sides include: garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf and steamed vegetables. Dessert includes: cheesecake, fudge cake and a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit. Preferred window seating available for an extra $50.

Chef Derek designs a special three-course menu just for two. Spend an evening or afternoon on the ocean-view terrace, near the dining room fireplace or adjacent to the open-display kitchen, while tasting the best of quintessential California cuisine and wine.
$95* per person, or $140* per person with wine pairings.

Chef Marc romances your palate with a three-course dinner menu featuring Mediterranean cuisine. Dine amidst architectural splendor reminiscent of Italy’s iconic Coliseum, yet overlooking endless Pacific Ocean views and one of the world’s largest circular pools.

$90 per person, or $130 per person with wine pairings.

At the Caffè, Pastry Chef Jeff presents traditional and modern seasonal treats. Surprise your loved one with artistic chocolates, colorful macaroons, fruity tarts, classic cookies, delectable confections, exquisite European pastries, mouthwatering sorbets and seasonal gelatos. Custom cakes and desserts may be ordered in advance upon request.
