The Ocean Institute will present a Valentine Tall Ship Sail. Treat your Valentine to a romantic tall ship adventure at sea! Raise sail, handle lines, steer the ship and listen to romantic sea tales of the past. Or you may simply relax on deck as you enjoy the magnificent beauty of being on a tall ship at sea. Smart Art: Edible Friendship Bracelet – Learn about friendship bracelets as a symbol of love and caring. Then, create a one-of-a-kind bracelet for a friend.

Play Partner: Pretendgineers and BrainBuilders; our experienced stage staff of trained early childhood and development educators.
Grown-up Tip:Valentine’s Day is perfect for creating art projects to express love and affection. Gather a variety of papers, crayons, stickers, and magazines and invite your little to create something special to show love for a special someone. Your child will learn to be creative and express feelings through art.

  • Valentines Celebration at Sealife Aquarium

February 9: Fall in love with the ocean at Sealife. Did you know an octopus has three hearts, the male seahorse woos his lady with tail-twining and some male sharks show interest with a love-bite to the neck?
