Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach
Victoria Beach was one of the last beaches that we visited this Summer, and ended up being one of our favorite beaches in Laguna Beach. The only downside to spending a day at this beach is the parking issue. There is extremely limited parking around this beach, and it is quite a trek getting down. For a special occasion, I recommend bringing your family down at least once before the cold weather strikes to enjoy a day at this beautiful beach.
Since parking is such a challenge for getting your family to this beach, I always recommend coming with two adults. Then one adult can unload the kids and gear at the top of the stairs while the other adult makes the walk to the nearest parking space.
The beach is located right at the corner of South Coast Highway and Victoria Street. Keep a close eye out because the street is not at a stoplight families can easily drive right past it.
What makes this beach so unique? The historic lighthouse. My kids love walking around the historic lighthouse while exploring the tidepools. There are lots of rock formations, and little places for your kids to explore. There is also a couple of little coves along this beach for kids to swim. The coves often have smaller waves for the kids to dip their feet into the water. Finally, the beach is long, and there are lots of great places for your families to set-up for a fun day at the beach together.

Thanks for the places to go visit at the beach! 🙂
Beautiful pictures. However, that is not a lighthouse but instead a homeowner’s private enclosed staircase to the beach.
